Meet Our Founder
Our commitment to excellence begins with our founder, Connor Morinini. Connor’s passion for building started by putting nail to hammer in the field, not an office. He has gained critical, hands-on experience across a multitude of trades, including concrete, carpentry, and earthwork. He understands what quality craftsmanship looks and feels like because he has done the work himself.
Connor earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, the number one Construction Management program in the country. While there, he was a key competitor on a team that regularly placed first in national construction management competitions, proving his expertise against the best in the nation.
After college, Connor sharpened his skills at the highly respected Hensel Phelps Construction Company. He was entrusted to personally manage millions of dollars in work on massive, complex projects in the healthcare and education sectors. Managing the construction of massive commercial projects demands an uncompromising level of knowledge, discipline, and oversight - there is no room for error. This is the same high standard Connor holds on each new project he takes on, no matter how big or small.
